Data preparation from a consolidated CSV or XLSX export. Each quote identifies the fields, countries, checks, sources and deliverables included. Missing facts are flagged rather than guessed. API integration, software configuration and uploading or issuing invoices require a separate agreement.
Validation and responsibilities
Data preparation does not certify regulatory compliance or guarantee platform acceptance. Your business, accountant and platform provider confirm legal requirements, invoice content, tax treatment and final import acceptance. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
Confidentiality and data transfer
A secure transfer method, confidentiality terms, applicable data-processing arrangements and retention period are agreed before files are received. Do not include confidential records in your initial enquiry.
