MUNKIIIntelligence & business services

I HAVE A LIST TO MAIL

Give your email list a check-up before you hit send.

Your list may look ready. A few inboxes may have other plans. We check the email addresses in your spreadsheet, review uncertain results, and return three clearly labelled tabs: Send, Quarantine and Remove. You see what passed, what needs caution and what to leave out.

For lists you own or are authorised to process. One-time fees from $99. No subscription.

Choose your list size

01 / SEND YOUR FILE

A spreadsheet is all you need.

Choose a package, then email your CSV spreadsheet to sales@munkii.co with your payment receipt. We preserve your original file.

02 / WE DOUBLE-CHECK

Two checks. A human review.

Two independent verification tools check how the receiving mail servers respond. A person reviews catch-all and conflicting results. Uncertainty stays visible.

03 / GET A CLEAR RESULT

Three tabs. Less guesswork.

Your results arrive in Send, Quarantine and Remove tabs, stamped with the verification date. You can see which addresses to consider using and which to hold back.

Send

Addresses that passed our checks on the verification date. These are your stronger candidates for a lawful campaign. Passing is not a guarantee of delivery.

Quarantine

The “let’s not guess” pile. Results are uncertain or conflicting. Keep these addresses out of your send until the uncertainty is resolved.

Remove

Addresses our checks identify as invalid or undeliverable. Leave them out of your campaign. Your original spreadsheet remains untouched.

Pick a size. Pay once.

Every package includes two independent checks, human review of catch-all and disputed addresses, and dated result tabs. Choose by the number of rows in your file; one row means one email-address entry.

A few useful answers

What is a “catch-all” address?

Some company mail servers accept any address at their domain—even when they will not confirm that the individual inbox exists. That makes the result uncertain. We review it, but we do not label it verified just to make the list look better.

What does SMTP verification mean?

SMTP is the system mail servers use to exchange email. Verification checks their responses for clues about whether an address can receive mail. Think of it as checking the address before posting the letter. It cannot promise that the letter will reach the inbox.

Is this the same as Lead-List Rescue?

Lead-List Rescue tidies formatting, separates duplicates and flags records needing attention. Bounce-Safe checks email addresses for likely delivery problems. A tidy spreadsheet and a reachable inbox are two different things.

Can you promise zero bounces?

No. Mailboxes and server rules can change after verification. The date stamp tells you when we checked. Send results also do not establish permission to contact someone or guarantee a place in their inbox.

The Assured promise, in plain English

If your eligible Send addresses exceed the hard-bounce threshold below, you get verification credits for your next file. This is a credit for future checks, not a cash refund.

If you mail the Send tab within 14 days of the verification date and more than 3% of it hard-bounces, we credit one verification row for every hard-bounced Send address, to use on your next file. Claim with ESP bounce report within 30 days of the stamp. Hard bounces only; soft bounces, blocks, spam-filtering and Quarantine-tab addresses excluded. No cash refund.

A hard bounce is a permanent delivery failure, such as an address that no longer exists. ESP means your email-sending platform; its bounce report is the evidence needed for a claim.

For lists you own or are authorised to process. Results reflect mail-server responses on the verification date; no service can promise zero bounces. Lawful sending remains the customer's responsibility (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR).
