What if a scan finds no issues?
We report exactly that, including what was and was not tested. No detected issues does not mean the website is fully accessible. The free preview lets you assess the output before considering a paid report.
Will you fix my website?
This service supplies findings and suggested fixes. Your website owner or developer makes the changes. The included repeat scan checks the same agreed pages after those changes.
Is the report created using automated tools?
Yes. We use automated accessibility checks and report generation. Findings are checked for relevance before delivery, but this does not replace a comprehensive manual audit by an accessibility specialist.
What is the delivery policy?
We confirm eligible pages, scope and deadline before taking payment. If we cannot deliver the agreed report, we offer a full refund. Fixes, certification and a minimum number of defects are not promised. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How do you handle my information?
Your email request goes to MUNKII LLC. We use the contact details and website address to reply and fulfil the requested service. Do not send passwords, customer records or sensitive files. We do not publish customer findings without permission. You can contact sales@munkii.co about access or deletion; records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes may be kept.
