INSPECT THE DELIVERABLE
What a CSV cleanup returns.
This eight-row demonstration uses fictional companies and example email addresses. It shows the output format and conservative review rules; it is not a customer result or a performance claim.
| File | Records | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Original input | 8 | Preserved unchanged. |
| Clean records | 2 | Passed the checks used in this demonstration. |
| Review records | 5 | Missing or malformed email, or repeated email needing a decision. |
| Duplicates | 1 | Exact match after normalisation, separated with a reference to the retained row. |

The change log records two field-format changes. Source-row references connect output records to the original. Formula-like cells are escaped in exported files. Review flags remain visible rather than being silently resolved.
What this does not prove: email syntax checks do not verify inbox existence or delivery. This service does not enrich records, merge approximate matches or import into your CRM. Your team reviews flagged records before use.
